I am very excited to announce that I have been formally engaged as outside counsel by Polka.PH for corporation, investment and labor law compliance matters.
Polka.PH is a local fintech-slash-e-commerce startup with an advocacy. Their goal is to provide companies and their people access to innovative financial tools and services with the aim of increasing employee engagement while eliminating the need for loan sharks (five-six as it is colloquially referred to).
They allow employees who would not otherwise qualify for credit cards to purchase gadgets and household appliances via manageable installment plans. I am excited to be offering them my services and am confident that with able legal guidance they will be able to achieve their ambitious goals.
